We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, and the room was top-notch. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The staff treated us exceptionally well, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed.
The morning meal could have been better with a wider variety of options.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, right in the city center close to the old town in the heart of Annecy. It was easily accessible by train or bus and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a powerful shower and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff provided clear and accurate instructions for check-in and check-out. There were also convenient facilities like a washing machine, dishwasher, and hairdryer available for use.
There were some noise issues from the pedestrian street outside the hotel, which could cause disturbances during the night.

The bathroom was clean and modern, and there was even a coffee machine. The owner went above and beyond by creating a catalog with recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and even included photos for reference. It was incredibly helpful and we appreciated the effort. The TV, washing machine, and internet all worked perfectly, making our stay even more comfortable.
The building itself was quite old and gave off an unsafe vibe. Walking up three flights of stairs with heavy luggage was a real challenge, especially for our family with children and a senior member.
